Step 1. The night before, put 4 -6 tablespoons of ATLETA in a large bowl. Add, if you wish, 1 - 3 tablespoons of fruits and nuts to taste, (we suggest from our brand Samarkanda mixes, Himalaya mix, or Kazakhstan mix). Add 0.25 to 0.33 liters of water and stir well until you get some porridge that is not too thick, rather watery. Soaking it is very important, since some of the ingredients need a lot of water, since soaking it stimulates enzymatic activation and neutralizes the natural enzyme inhibitors. In this way the best substances are extracted from the ingredients for the best benefit of your body. Thus the nutrients are digested much better and digestion is facilitated. Leave covered overnight at room temperature.

Step 2. In the morning add fresh cut fruit to your liking (preferably organic) and enough organic vegetable milk. We recommend that an organic vegetable milk be used, since the calcium necessary for our body is in sufficient quantities in this mixture and in the plant foods that a healthy diet contains. Stir well until the mixture is semi-fluid (like porridge). If you prefer hot, heat it in a saucepan at medium temperature while stirring, without ever exceeding 40 degrees.
