  Gotu Kola is also a well-known medicinal herb in Asia. There it is mainly used for wound healing as well as for depressive moods and anxiety.

   

  The ingredients contained in Gotu Kola have the following effects on our organism:

   

  + antibacterial

  + antifungal (antifungal)

  + Wound-healing

  + Anti-inflammatory

  + slightly anxiolytic

  ++ possibly anti-tumor

   

  Primarily the anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects are to be mentioned, which have now been scientifically well researched. The triterpene asiaticoside promotes the formation of new connective tissue. In particular, the production of collagen 1 in human fibroblasts is accelerated [3]. Many manufacturers of medicinal ointments and skin cosmetics are therefore increasingly using water umbilical extracts to promote new skin and tissue formation. This explains the use for psoriasis as well as for inflamed and dry skin. Madecassoside, on the other hand, accelerates the wound healing process and has an anti-rheumatic effect.

   

  COMPOSITION
