Organic spelled flour white 5 KG

  • Hildegard von Bingen (1098 - 1179), probably the most famous healer of the Middle Ages, was so convinced of spelled that she described it in flowery words as "best grain", "powerful" and "easier to digest than other varieties".
     
    The lady was right - because spelled (Triticum spelta) is rich in vitamins and minerals. By the way, spelled is also a type of wheat - to be precise, spelled is even the primary grain of wheat, while the latter is a breed.
     
    Each grain consists of three parts:
    • Bowl
    • Flour body
    • seedling
     
    If this grain of grain comes into the mill and is ground - wholly irrelevant, whether it is a grain of wheat, rye or a spelled grain - wholemeal flour comes out. If the spelled grain is stripped of its seedling and its shell and then ground, white flour is produced, even though it is spelled flour. Wholemeal spelled flour is the result when the "whole grain" is ground.
