    We recommend :
     
    Before processing the tofu, dab it off with a kitchen paper or let it drain for a long time. If you are not processing the whole tofu piece, put the retained tofu in a bowl and cover it completely with fresh water. This will keep your tofu fresh in the fridge for three to four days. Change water daily.

    Here is a recipe for you:
    Caramelized natural tofu with orange fillets and maple syrup
    Either hot or with ice.
    ingredients
    for 4 servings
    400 g typhoon tofu natural
    2 oranges
    50 ml of orange juice
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp cane sugar
    10 g vegetable margarine
    2 tbsp sunflower seeds
     
    preparation
    Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Fillet oranges. Pat the tofu dry with kitchen paper and cut into small cubes. Heat the margarine in the pan, add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Sprinkle in the sugar and let it caramelize slightly.
     
    Pour on maple syrup, bring to a boil briefly, then deglaze with orange and lemon juice. Then add the orange fillets, swirl gently and arrange.
     
    Sprinkle with the roasted sunflower seeds.

    The dessert is a pleasure both hot and cold! Warm in the cold seasons e.g. Serve with cinnamon or vanilla ice cream. Serve ice-cold in summer with whipped cream or a dessert cream.
