    ingredients
    400 g typhoon silk tofu
    110 ml sunflower oil
    2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    50 g walnuts
    ½ tbsp soy sauce (Shoyu)
     
    preparation
    Puree the ingredients in the blender and serve with main dishes.
