  The muesli provides us with the necessary nutrients to perform excellently all day long. It was popularized among its patients by a Swiss doctor because of its excellent properties. He had tried it with his wife in the home of a shepherd from the Swiss Alps. We can take it with orange juice, milk, coffee, vegetable drinks, juices and fruit ingredients, yogurt, chocolate in a cup or even water.
