  The Japanese mint (HERBABUENA) supplies the healing mint oil with the main active ingredient menthol. It is recommended for flatulence, gall bladder problems, upper respiratory catarrh, muscle and nerve pain.

  Using advice: Infusion: Put 1 teaspoon of plant per cup. Add boiling water, let stand 5-10 minutes and filter.
