  Very versatile, healthy and delicious. This rice is long grain and has a crystalline and compact structure. Of great versatility in the kitchen, it can be used for the preparation of cooked rice, pilaf rice and side dishes. It is grown across the Po Valley, a river that crosses northern Italy. With brown rice, the rice bran remains intact during the peeling process. It is characterized by a delicate nutty taste. This product does not contain any genetically modified ingredients. 2.5 parts water x 1 rice. Time: 35 to 40 minutes.
