  Thymus vulgaris oil

  Antiseptic, antibacterial and expectorant. The essential thyme oil is used during inhalation to fight respiratory infections such as flu, colds, cough ... It disinfects the skin thoroughly and stimulates its natural defenses.

  Fragrance and active ingredients

  With a medium scent, thyme has a fresh smell, with herbal and spicy notes predominating. Its aroma is reminiscent of the mountain.

  Its predominant active ingredient is linalool.

   

  Mix a drop of thyme essential oil and a drop of tea tree essential oil in a glass of water and gargle several times a day. It is a perfect solution if you have throat or angina irritation.

   

  Another very effective option is to use a diffuser. Its antiviral effect cleans the environment of possible viruses.
