  Rosemary is a typical Mediterranean plant and the honey obtained from it is valued all over the world. The organic rosemary honey from Bona Mel is only produced by our own busy bees in the nature parks "Sierra Mariola" and "La Safor" at about 1000m above sea level in the province of Alicante.

  In April and May, the honey is harvested and bottled directly, there is no pasteurization. Of course it is a direct beekeeping bottling!
