  The Spanish lemon honey is one of the highest quality lemon honeys that are harvested worldwide. The organic lemon honey from Bona Mel is only produced by our own busy bees in the Sierra de Baza Natural Park in the province of Granada in southern Spain.

   

  In April and May, the honey is harvested and bottled directly, there is no pasteurization. Of course it is a direct beekeeping bottling!

   

  The organic lemon honey has a golden color, an intense aroma and a sweet taste with a clear acidity due to the citrus fruits.
