  100% wild lavender

   

  Lavender is a typical Mediterranean plant and the honey obtained from it is highly valued. The organic lavender honey from Bona Mel is collected and produced by our own bees in the “Sierra de Gredos” natural park. The honey comes 100% from wild lavender from the province of Ávila at 1900 to 2190m above sea level. In June the honey is harvested and bottled directly, there is no pasteurization. Of course it is a direct beekeeping bottling!

   

  The organic lavender honey has a clear, reddish color, mild aroma and a sweet taste and in some cases a slight acid note.

   

  Honey is a natural product and a pure energy source. As a certified manufacturer of organic honey, production and quality are of course strictly monitored at BonaMel.
