  Thyme is a typical Mediterranean plant and the honey obtained from it is highly valued. Bona Mel's organic thyme honey is collected and produced by our own bees in the “Sierra Mariola”, “La Safor” and “Sierra de la Cebollera” natural parks. The nature parks are located in the province of Alicante and Valencia or in the province of Soria at 1000 or 1800m above sea level. In June and July the honey is harvested and bottled straight away, pasteurization does not take place. Of course it is a direct beekeeping bottling!

   

  The organic thyme honey has a clear, reddish color, strong and persistent aroma and a sweet taste with a clear acid note.

   

  Bona Mel honey is a pure energy source, as a certified manufacturer of organic honey, production and quality control are of course strictly monitored.
