  Along with oxygen, silicon is the second most common element in the earth's crust, but in the human body it is only found in small amounts in all organs and tissues. It is often found in nature in the form of sand and quartz. In this inorganic form it is known as silicon dioxide (SiO2).

  HOW TO USE

  Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 15 ml a day, preferably before breakfast. It can be diluted in water or fruit juice.
