  For normal skin. Ideal before and after training with extracts from organic arnica, a plant known for its exceptional medicinal properties. Facilitates muscle preparation and regeneration and restores skin tone. In combination with a gentle massage, this oil has a warming effect and supports muscle relaxation.   Sunflower oil, olive oil, natural essential oils, oily extract (sunflower oil) from arnica flowers and birch leaves, natural essential oils (mainly rosemary and lavender).

  Posology:

   

  After showering or bathing, a small amount of oil is applied to the palms of the hands and applied to damp skin with a gentle massage before drying.
