    Fiber-rich lightness for your kitchen Little effort, big effect: Even with a small amount of coconut flour you add to your dishes, you can ensure a noble, delicate taste. For example, stir 2 tablespoons of Dr. Goerg organic coconut flour under your muesli or yoghurt. When baking cakes or pastries, simply replace up to 10-20% of the grain flour with coconut flour.
