  Per recommended daily dose 1 vial: 1100 mg royal jelly, 80 mg vitamin C (100% NRV), 16 mg vitamin B3 (100% NRV), 12 mg vitamin E (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B2 (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% VRN), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% VRN).
