GUT & GÜNSTIG bread mix mixed rye bread 1kg

    Oven: 1. Prepare the dough: Put 500g baking mixture (1/2 bag) and 370 ml lukewarm water (approx. 35-40 ° C) in a bowl. Knead with a mixer (dough hook) first on the lowest, then on the highest setting for 3 to 4 minutes to form an even, smooth dough.
    Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes until the volume has increased significantly. Then knead the dough and place in a greased loaf pan (about 25cm) or place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover again and leave to rest in a warm place for approx. 40-50 minutes until the loaf has enlarged significantly. 2. Baking: Cut the loaf twice across to a depth of approx. 1 cm and dust lightly with flour. Bake in the oven preheated to 240 ° C on the lower rack as indicated.
     
    After baking, let cool on a wire rack or wooden board. Tip: To improve the volume, pour approx. 200 ml of water onto a hot baking sheet on the base of the stove, so that steam is generated immediately. Important: close the furnace quickly. Baking time (preheated): E-stove: 10 min. At 240 ° C, then approx. 35-40 min. At 200 ° C Hot air: 10 min. At 220 ° C, then approx. 35-40 min. At 180 ° C Bread maker: Pour 370ml lukewarm water (about 35-40 ° C) and 500g baking mixture into the kneading pan of the bread maker. Program: bread, normal / browning, size: large.
