  What is Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil?

  The essential pranarom tea tree oil is obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a plant from the Mirtaceae family. It is an oil of fine consistency, with a color that varies from light yellow to pale yellow, and has a refreshing and balsamic effect. Because of its multiple uses, it is an extremely versatile essential oil that is widely used in personal care and household cleaning products. The tea tree plants used by Pranarom come from selected and controlled crops in Zimbabwe.

   

  Tea tree is an essential oil with a great reputation. It is found in a wide variety of personal care products (soap, shampoo, bath oil) and cosmetics.

   

  Along with these uses, it is rightly considered a safe commodity in medicinal and family aromatherapy. Today's enormous demand has led to the emergence of plantations in Australia that stretch over thousands of acres.

   

  How is Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil used?

  For personal hygiene it can be used to:

   

  - Create antiseptic cleaning solutions.

   

  - Diffusers, sufumigi or balsamic ointments for a calming effect on the respiratory tract.

   

  - Mixed in creams, it is excellent for a cleansing effect on oily skin.

   

  - Products for cleaning the house.

   

  - Natural insect repellants and to relieve bite irritations.

   

  For internal use is specified against:

   

  Respiratory and urinary tract complaints; Try 2 drops dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or other liquid.

  2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral surface (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).

   

  For daily care, add 1 drop of AEQT Tea Tree + 1 drop of lemon essence to the toothbrush before applying the toothpaste and brushing your teeth. Perfect hygiene and teeth whitening effect are achieved.

   

  How should Pranarom Tea Tree Essential Oil be stored?

  Store the product tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct light. It can also be stored in the refrigerator. If the manufacturer's instructions are followed, this essential oil has a shelf life of up to 2 years before its properties change.

   

  Contraindications and Warnings

  While this essential oil does not generally cause any undesirable effects, it is advisable not to exceed the recommended amount for each use to avoid possible side effects.

   

  Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have kidney problems. Keep out of the reach of children under 5 years.

   

  Recommended maximum concentration: 120 drops / 30 ml.
