  Peppermint oil has a relaxing effect on the entire body. It is antispasmodic, analgesic and has expectorant properties. When used externally, the essential oil of peppermint refreshes and has a cooling effect.

   

  Pranarom Peppermint Essential Oil is an oil based on Mentha aquatica and peppermint. It comes from a plant of 80 cm. Its stems are square, the leaves oval, pointed and serrated. It lives in cool, clayey and calcareous soils. Distillation takes place in June, just before flowering.

   

  How to take peppermint essential oil

  It is recommended to eat 2-4 drops with honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.
