  Xylitol 200 gr

  Xylitol is a crystal extracted from Birch wood. It has the same energy value as sucrose, but it is not fermented into acids by oral bacteria. Its flavor is very similar to that of sucrose. Pure xylitol dissolves in the mouth in contact with saliva, producing a slight cold effect, due to its endothermic properties that make it absorb heat in a similar way to menthol.
