  Vitagran B + C Complex of El Graneroo Integral is a food supplement is an enriched source of Vitamins of group B and C ideal for an adequate nutrient metabolism and for the balance of the nervous system.

   

  Indication

  Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a potent antioxidant in addition to being the vitamin used par excellence to increase the resistance of the immune system. Vitamin B12 has as main characteristic to participate in the regeneration of the bone marrow. Vitamin B6 or Pyridoxine is responsible for maintaining the body's defenses at good levels, working in conjunction with vitamin B2 and vitamin B3. Vitamin B2 has properties similar to vitamin B1. Together with vitamin B3 and vitamin B6, they maintain a good state of the immune system. Vitamin B1 helps in the absorption of glucose to the brain so it collaborates in times of depression, memory loss or attention deficit.

  Take 1 capsule daily.

  - vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) ... 6.25 µg.
