  Monchique's natural alkaline water is possibly the only natural mineral water with antioxidant potential, with negative REDOX (ORP).

   

  Monchique's alkaline water has a pH of 9.5 and is the most alkaline mineral spring water in the world within the limits recommended by DC 98/83 CE.

   

  It is a pure and crystal clear water, strongly mineralized with a characteristic content of sodium and bicarbonates, which gives it very special properties:
