  Ashvagandha Himalaya is a single herb formulation prepared from the root extract of Ashvagandha (Withania somnifera/Indian ginseng). Helps maintain a healthy balance, releasing stress and boosting energy, uplifitng the mood and recuding anixiaty.

  Withania somnifera (common name: Ashwagandha) - helps to support relaxation, mental and physical wellbeing

   

  Positive effect on mental and physical well-being in stressfull periods.

   

  Store below 30ºC, away from direct sunlight. Store out of the reach of children.

   

  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding period.

   

  One capsule twice a daily after meal.
