  vasodilating effect

  The Cordyceps mushroom has vasodilating effects. It relaxes the smooth muscles of the vessel walls, promotes blood circulation in the body, lowers blood pressure and thus has a beneficial effect on the entire cardiovascular system.

   

  Cordyceps are packed with antioxidants that strengthen cells and protect against free radicals. As a result, antioxidants can counteract inflammation, e.g. after physical exertion, and naturally reduce the general stress level.

   

  Cordyceps capsules are taken in the morning with breakfast. The revitalizing and energizing effect can usually be felt a few hours after ingestion.

  Cordyceps Sinensis has probably been collected and used for at least 1,000 years. The mushroom was first mentioned in traditional Tibetan medicine in the 15th century by the doctor Surkhar Nyamnyi Dorje (1439-1475). In traditional Chinese medicine, it was first recorded in 1694 by Wang Ang.

   

  Cordyceps - ingredients

  In addition to vitamins, minerals and trace elements, the Cordyceps mushroom is rich in amino acids, including L-tryptophan, for example. The medicinal mushroom also contains ergosterol (also: ergosterol), which is a precursor of vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol).

   

  However, special attention is paid to the polysaccharides (beta-glucans).

   

  Vegan Cordyceps

  Fairvital's Cordyceps capsules do not use caterpillars as hosts, because the mushroom is grown on a rice/wood component and is therefore vegan.
