Eye training: moving vision - clear vision

We all know that our physical performance deteriorates when we move too little or only on one side and don't pay attention to our body.

It is only with our eyes that we don't seem to "see" this, although our modern information society and the increasing flood of data from computers, television and print media constantly put too much strain on them and they are also extremely one-sidedly burdened.

When working on the screen, only about 35% of the visual possibilities involved in the viewing process are used. The rest of the perceptual possibilities of our sense of sight are hardly, or not at all, needed. Our eyes react to this one-sided overload with visual disturbances.

    Vision training with pinhole glasses
    Strained eyes? vision problems?
Get to the bottom of the causes!

    What are pinhole glasses?
In the case of the pinhole glasses, instead of the optical corrective lenses, curved, dark plastic lenses are incorporated, in which many small holes are punched. They are reminiscent of the compound eye of a fly.
In fact, an image seen through pinhole glasses consists of many individual segments that can be focused very sharply, which the brain assembles into an overall picture as the mobility of the eye muscles increases, so that after a short time the grid of points is hardly noticeable.

    How the pinhole glasses work

With pinhole glasses, the incoming light beam is already bundled and aligned in front of the eye through the perforation of the glasses and thus hits the center of the retina directly, the point of sharpest vision. The functionality of the pinhole glasses is comparable to the principle of the pinhole of a camera. The almost sharp image on the retina encourages the brain to use the eye muscles for the rest of the focusing. At the same time, the brain sets the eye muscles in motion for optimal focusing, which has the additional advantage of a permanent training effect and promotes relaxed, natural vision.

Even primitive peoples resorted to this physical "pinhole effect". Eskimos carved animal bones, just like Filipinos from shells, to carve glasses with a single slit to find their way around better. In Sri Lanka, pinhole glasses are also known as "glasses for the poor people".

By wearing the pinhole glasses you automatically train your eye muscles. Whether you're reading your morning newspaper, doing strenuous computer work, or watching an exciting movie in the evening, you'll never cease to be amazed. With the pinhole glasses you can see well and at the same time train the mobility of the eye muscles, during work or in your free time.

    Application of pinhole glasses
Regular training with the pinhole glasses is a holistic method for relaxed, natural vision. It causes a natural calming of the retina and can have a positive effect on the entire eye organism, especially on the perception, color sensitivity and light tolerance of your eyes.

The pinhole glasses can be used universally depending on personal goals. As prevention and for general relaxation of the eyes, to improve existing visual disorders, e.g. B. presbyopia and to correct short and long-sightedness. It is important to wear it for 10 to 20 minutes every day. Basically, you can wear the pinhole glasses as often and as long as you like. They definitely won't harm your eyes. Rather, the well-being and relaxation of your eyes should be the benchmark for the wearing time of the pinhole glasses.

    Pinhole glasses are not suitable:
For all activities that require wide peripheral vision and/or quick reaction times and/or high concentration (e.g. driving and road traffic)
In weak light: the pinhole glasses shield approx. 70% of the incident light. You need bright daylight or artificial light
If you are uncomfortable with this

Attention: The pinhole glasses do not replace optical glasses!
