    How to use
    It is recommended to add 1 gr. of Biotona Boio Kombu Raw to 1 liter of water and boil for no less than 5 minutes to give a good flavor to the broth, Remove the kombu and use the broth for your soups, rice (sushi), stews, sauces or to cook the Fish, seafood or meat. Limit the consumption of this broth to 100 ml per day. In addition, kombiu is the indispensable ingredient to repair a dashi (Japanese base broth). It will give your dishes a small touch “umami”
