  Black garlic is an aged garlic produced from the species Allium sativum L. It exhibits a higher concentration of its bioactive principles, which is why greater health benefits are attributed to it. Our fermented black garlic is titrated to a very high concentration: >1% in S-allyl-cysteine (SAC)!! Plus, our fermented black garlic doesn't smell or cause reflux ("No Repeat")!

   

  It exhibits a complete cardioprotective effect, confirmed by the scientific literature and linked to its S-allylcysteine (SAC) content. Fermented black garlic mainly has:

   

  +hypertensive effect. Frequent consumption of garlic lowers both systolic and diastolic blood pressure as it causes arterial vasodilation. The possibility that sulfur deficiency is involved in the pathophysiology of arterial hypertension is also considered, so the contribution of the sulfur components possessed by garlic could partially justify its antihypertensive effect.

   

  +Hypocholesterolemic activity. Improves total cholesterol levels, lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, and increases HDL cholesterol. It acts mainly as an inhibitor of the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme and decreases the hepatic synthesis of cholesterol.

   

  +Very powerful antioxidant activity. Garlic increases the activity of the enzymes glutathione peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase; it reduces xanthine oxidase activity and inhibits lipid peroxidation and prostaglandin production.

   

  +It also has hypoglycemic activity.

   

  Active composition per capsule:

  100 mg dry extract of fermented black garlic corresponds to 4,000 mg tuber powder with 1 mg SAC contribution.

   

  Ingredients:

  Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Fermented Black Garlic [Allium sativum L, Bulb, E.S., 40:1 ratio, titrated to >1% S-Allylcysteine, (SAC)], Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Carbon Dioxide Silicon). Shell: water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

   

  Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal.
