    Preparation
Wash mushrooms, pour 100 ml of hot water over them, add white wine and a dash of lemon juice and allow to swell for about 1 hour.
Cut cauliflower into florets and clean. Peel carrots and asparagus, remove woody ends from the asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the carrots into fine cubes. Boil 750 ml of water with a little salt and a pinch of sugar. Cover asparagus in it for 12 minutes. After 3 min add cauliflower and carrots, after 9 min the peas. Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon and set aside cooking water and vegetables.

Express mushrooms vigorously and rinse thoroughly in cold water. Pass the mushroom water from the soaking through a fine sieve and set aside.
Mix butter and flour roughly. Measure 300 ml from the cooking water of the vegetables and bring to the boil with half of the mushroom water and the whole cream. Dissolve butter-flour mixture with stirring and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook noodles according to the package instructions in plenty of salted water.

Wash the chervil, shake dry and finely chop. Peel shrimp if necessary and remove intestine. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
If necessary, cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and add to the sauce with the vegetables. Warm everything up again for a short time. Put the pasta on a plate and arrange with the vegetables. Put prawns and chervil on top and serve.
