    The Calici tricolore belong to the organic pasta classics and resemble optically small tuples. They are made from organic durum wheat semolina, to which you add - depending on the color of the pasta - spinach or tomato powder.
     
    Use: Its visually appealing exterior makes the ALB-GOLD Calice a great choice as a main dish, for example. with a pepper sauce or as an accompaniment to a fish fillet to advantage.
     
    Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina / organic spinach powder / organic tomato powder
    May contain traces of egg. Store cool, dry and protected from light.
     
    Tip: Especially in combination with light sauces, the Calici tricolors are a visual highlight.

    Calici salad with mozzarella sesame balls and vegetable vinaigrette
     
    Ingredients [main course for 4 people]
    350 g Calici tricolore
    For the salad
    160 g kohlrabi (1 small tuber)
    200 g red pepper
    ½ bed of cress
     For the mozzarella balls
    150 g mozzarella balls
    30 g of sesame
    1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil
     For the dressing
    50 ml of fruit vinegar, e.g. raspberry vinegar
    50 ml of oil, e.g. Sunflower oil
    about 1 tablespoon honey
    Salt pepper
     
    preparation
    Peel kohlrabi for the salad and cut into very fine cubes. Wash the peppers, clean them and dice them very small. Cut cress off the bed and chop it roughly.
    For the mozzarella balls, drain them well and roll all over in sesame. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry mozzarella balls at medium temperature (attention: run very fast) all around golden brown.
     
    In the meantime, cook noodles bite-proof in plenty of salted water.
    For the dressing mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and honey.
     
    Mix the kohlrabi and pepper cubes under the dressing. Add the pasta, mix the salad and season to taste.
    Arrange pasta salad on plates, spread mozzarella balls on top or on top and serve with cress sprinkled with cress.
