    The Pantacce tricolore are among the organic pasta classics. Their flat appearance with the wave edge is immediately noticeable. The natural colors get the Pantacce by the addition of spinach or tomato powder.
     
    Use: This pasta variety is particularly suitable for dishes with light sauces, but also leaves a good impression in summer salads with yoghurt dressing.
     
    Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina / Organic spinach powder (1%) / Organic tomato powder (1%)
    May contain traces of egg.
     
    Store cool, dry and protected from light.

    Pantacce with beef steak and Mediterranean tomato sauce
     
    Ingredients [main course for 4 people]
    4 beef steaks (à 150 g)
    4-5 tbsp oil
    400 g Pantacce (tricolore)
    1 onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    600 ml of passed tomatoes
    fresh Italian herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil)
    salt
    pepper
     
    preparation
    + Preheat the oven to 80 ° C (top / bottom heat).
    + Wash beef steaks and pat dry. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and sauté meat from both sides. + Beat pieces of meat with aluminum foil and cook slowly in the oven.
    + Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until crispy according to the package instructions.
    Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic cubes. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.
    Wash herbs, shake dry, pick off leaves or needles and finely chop. Season the sauce with fresh herbs, salt and pepper and serve with the pasta and meat.
