    Pettine with pork schnitzel and pepper sauce
     
    Ingredients [main course for 4 people]
    400 g of pettin
    600 g pork schnitzel
    oil
    1 onion
    1 tbsp butter
    250 ml broth
    2 tbsp sour cream
    2 tsp of strength
    1 tbsp pink peppercorns
    salt
    pepper
     
    preparation
    + Let some oil in a pan and fry schnitzel in it vigorously from both sides for about 6-8 min., Until they are slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
    + Cook pettins in plenty of boiling salted water until crispy according to the package instructions.
    Peel onion and dice very finely. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions. Pour broth and simmer for a few minutes. Stir the starch in a little cold water, pour it into the broth and bring to a boil. Stir sour and pepper berries and salt.
    + Add the sauce to the noodles, cut the meat into small strips and serve together.
