    The spelled rolling noodles 8 mm from organically grown spelled are made with freshly whipped eggs and are, like all rolled noodles, real all-round talents.
     
    Use: These noodles make a side dish of roast & co, but also in pan dishes with fillet strips a good figure.

    Chicken skewer with rhubarb chutney with spelled rolling noodles
     
    Ingredients [main course for 4 people]
    + For the chutney
    500 g rhubarb
    2 tomatoes
    4 shallots
    1 small chili pepper
    3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
    3 tsp brown sugar
    Ground cumin
    A bit of salt
    + For the chicken skewer
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    6 tbsp olive oil
    3 tablespoons honey
    800 g chicken breast fillet
    8 shashlik skewers
    + For the noodles
    400 g spelled rolling noodles
    5 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic
    salt
    pepper
     
    preparation
    + For the chutney, place tomatoes in boiling water for a short time, then skin them, core them with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into small pieces. Clean rhubarb, peel and cut into 1-2 cm pieces. Peel the shallots and finely chop. Wash the chili peppers, core them and cut into thin strips.
    + Boil rhubarb with tomatoes, shallots, chilli strips and 4 tablespoons of water and then cook for 1-2 minutes with low heat and lid closed. Stir in red wine vinegar and brown sugar and cook until the tomato pieces are boiled. Season with cumin and salt. Put in small bowls or glasses and refrigerate.
    + For the chicken skewer, wash off the fillets cold, pat dry and, if necessary, remove sinews and grease. Dice meat. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and honey to a marinade, mix the meat cubes thoroughly and min. Let it marinate covered for half an hour in the fridge.
    + Peel garlic cloves and cut into thin slices for the pasta. Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and fry the garlic cloves until golden brown. Set aside the pan with the oil.
    + Put marinated meat cubes on shashlik skewers. Heat 3 tablespoons of the marinade in a pan over medium heat. Roast skewers in golden brown. Foaming the marinade too much, turning the heat down a bit. Season with salt and pepper.
    Meanwhile cook noodles in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions and season. Mix immediately with the garlic olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    + Serve pasta with meat skewer and rhubarb chutney and serve.
    ** Tip: Chutney the night before and cook in the refrigerator, it gets a better consistency.
