  Anise is rich in anethole. It promotes digestion and relieves the feeling of heaviness in the stomach. It is often part of the compositions that are used to soften the airways.

   

  Oral intake: 1 to 2 drops 2 times a day. Take diluted on a teaspoon of honey or an infusion.

   

  Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

   

  Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on preference or room meter.

   

  A teaspoon of honey with 2 drops of star anise oil after meals promotes digestion.
