  Absolut Arnica is a gel based on extracts of fresh flowers of the Arnica montana (protected plant), which are organically grown on our fields in Germany.

   

  Applied externally, arnica can therefore - in the form of ointments or tinctures - help with swelling, sprains and bruises.
