  Po-Ho oil is a soothing rub and inhalation oil. It is used for coughing and hoarseness as well as colds, catarrh and runny nose.

  Peppermint essential oil 451 mg; Eucalyptus essential oil 271 mg; Juniper essential oil 126 mg; Caraway essential oil 36 mg; Fennel essential oil 18 mg.

   

  How to use

  External use: for friction.

   

  Warnings: do not apply to wounds, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands after use.
