  • Vitamin B12 is a semi-essential vitamin that is vital for the body. Its main task is to support the blood education, the cell division and the stimulus circuit in the nervous system. Dietary changes and changes in food production have made vitamin B12 deficiency far more widespread than one would expect.     These symptoms are very unspecific. The means: you may have a lack of vitamin B12, but it does not have to. So you can have another cause. However, if you do recognize these signs, you can ask your doctor for a blood count that tests your vitamin B12 content. If there is no indication, this benefit will not be covered by the statutory health insurance. Especially as a vegan or vegetarian it is highly recommended to have the vitamin B12 level checked twice a year. The laboratory costs amount to approx. 70 euros

    Composition: loading agent (microcrystalline cellulose and calcium carbonate), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), loading agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), anticaking agent (magnesium stearate and Silicon dioxide), folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
     
    Use: Take 1 tablet daily with meals.
     
    Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet.
     
    Warnings: Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of younger children
