  MATE (GREEN)

  "The green gold of the Indians", as the Mate shrub is also called, grows in South America and belongs to the genus of holly. Green mate is the name given to the noblest form of processing in which the smoky-earthy and fruity sweet-tasting harvest is fermented for about a month.

   

  LEMON GRASS

  Lemongrass contains essential oils and has a strong, lemony-fresh taste. To date, it is unclear where the primarily used in Asian cuisine plant from the family grasses originally originates.
