    Organic Coconut Flour - Fine Creamy Powder Made from Coconut Pulp Our premium organic coconut flour is made from fresh coconut meat from organic coconuts, which we process directly on site in the Philippines within 72 hours of harvesting. The coconut pulp is gently dried at 38 ° C, de-oiled and then finely ground. No additives, no artificial aids - just the pure nature. In addition to the 40% fiber, the finished flour contains about 20% gluten-free protein and about 12% coconut oil, a combination that makes it easy for the nutritionally conscious to enjoy themselves.
