    Ingredients:
    400 g of radish
    400 g of potatoes

    2 tbsp olive oil
    75 ml white wine
    500 ml of vegetable stock
    some chives for decoration

    Peel potatoes and radish and cut into small cubes.

    Cut the onions into small pieces and sauté briefly with the olive oil in a medium saucepan.

    Add the potato and radish cubes to the pan, stir in a little, deglaze with white wine and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

    Now pour the vegetable broth over it and cook for about 10 minutes until the potatoes and the radish are soft.

    Purée everything with a blender.

    Chop chives and spread over the soup a little before serving.
