  The conference pear is very aromatic, contains a lot of water and melts in the mouth.

   

  It is a very wholesome fruit with significant amounts of soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamins B1, B2, C and E as well as minerals such as potassium, iron, calcium. Its carbohydrates in the form of simple sugars makes it interesting for athletes. The pears promote the elimination of cholesterol and regulate the intestinal function thanks to their pectin concentration.
