  Cranberry-ginger compote. Sweetened with concentrated apple juice. Made with ripe fruits. At least 600g of fruit was used to make 1kg of this compote, and a minimum of cooking was used to maintain the natural flavor and aroma of the gluten-free vegan fruit product

   

  Ingredients: Blueberries * (55%), concentrated apple juice * (38%), applesauce *, ginger * (2%), gelling agent: pectin. * Organically grown. May contain ginger filaments.

  Use: Spread on bread, toast, biscuits, etc. Also in the preparation of cakes, pies, sauces, creams etc.

  Storage: After opening, refrigerate and use within 10 days.
