  • Soy sauce with wheat of mild and Mediterranean flavor, ideal in the kitchen. Improves the taste. Traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation. In open containers at room temperature. Not filtered, but decanted to preserve its properties (taste, smell, color).
     
    Ingredients: Water, SOY *, Whole Grain *, Sea Salt, Aspergillus oryzae (Koji). * Organically grown.
    Allergens: gluten soy and derivatives
    Use: Improves the flavors. Ideal for cooking with vegetables, vegetables, soups and stews, for preparing sauces and salads, kelp, cereals, roasted vegetables, meat and fish.
