  Soy sauce without wheat. Strong and intense aroma, ideal with meat and fish. This fermented food promotes the absorption of nutrients and good digestion. Traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation. In open containers at room temperature. Not filtered, but decanted to preserve its properties (taste, smell, color).

   

  Ingredients: Water, SOY *, sea salt, Aspergillus oryzae (Koji). * Organically grown.
