Biocop brown flaxseed 250 g

  • Brown flaxseed is an exceptional source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (75%). They also supply digestive enzymes, vitamins E and B and minerals. It can be eaten raw, soaked for a few hours, or ground into flour. They can also be mixed with juices, smoothies, yoghurt or in the preparation of bread and desserts. As an external application, it can be used for wraps and envelopes wherein the ground flaxseed mixture is prepared with hot water.

    Use: To eat raw, soak for a few hours or grind to flour. One tablespoon is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach and one tablespoon in the evening before bedtime. As an external application, it can be used for wraps and envelopes wherein the ground flaxseed mixture is prepared with hot water.
    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
