  Melvafilets. In extra virgin organic olive oil. Very compact and pink meat. Fine and creamy taste. Origin: D.O. Andalusia Fishing System: extractive. Melva is a blue fish that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It is an excellent source of proteins and minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, iron and iodine) as well as B, A and D vitamins.
