  Our Coconut Water comes from coconut juice just after ripening, when more juice contains. The juice of Coconut Water is lyophilized after harvesting in order to obtain a powder that is closest to fresh juice, thus obtaining a very moisturizing drink. The powder is comparable to bottled coconut water. It is low in fat, calories and sugar, which is a healthy alternative to sports drinks.
