Rinatura organic tofu natural, 350 g

    Preparation: marinate for about 1-2 hours, e.g. in soy sauce rinatura Tamari.

    Recipe:
    Green Thai curry with tofu
     
    (for 4 people)
    Green Thai curry with tofu
     
    1 glass of RINATURA tofu
     
    Some RINATURA Tamari (soy-spicy sauce)
     
    100 g mango pods
     
    1 big carrot
     
    1 red pepper
     
    1 can of RINATURA coconut milk
     
    2 tablespoons curry paste green
     
    1 pinch of salt, pepper
     
    Dice the tofu, place in Tamari and marinate for 30 minutes.
     
    Prepare the Mie noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
     
    Cut off the ends of the mangetout and cut them diagonally into pieces. Clean carrot and paprika and cut into slices or pieces. Approximately Pour 3 tablespoons of coconut milk into a pan, dissolve the curry paste and sauté the tofu for about 3 minutes. Remove tofu, set aside. Pour in the remaining coconut milk and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and cook for about 8-10 minutes until firm.
     
    Put the tofu back in the pan, season with salt and pepper.
     
    Mix the curry with the Mie noodles.
     
    Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes plus marinating time
