Clean carrot and paprika and cut into slices or pieces. Approximately Pour 3 tablespoons of coconut milk into a pan, dissolve the curry paste and sauté the tofu for about 3 minutes. Remove tofu, set aside. Pour in the remaining coconut milk and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and cook for about 8-10 minutes until firm.Put the tofu back in the pan, season with salt and pepper.Mix the curry with the Mie noodles.Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes plus marinating time
