  Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

   

  COMPOSITION

  2 tablets:

  Grifonia (5-HTP) 200 mg, Vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100% NRV *), Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV *), Vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV *), Niacin 16 mg NE (100% NRV *), Valerian (containing at least 0.3% valeric acid) 200 mg, * Nutrient Reference Value.

  WAY OF USE

  1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
